Our Services

We offer flexible payment options to suit your needs, including, Medicare rebates through Mental Health Care Plans (MHCP), NDIS funding for self-managed and plan-managed participants, private health insurance rebates, direct (self-funded) payments and payment plans for both therapy and assessment.

With a background in trauma-informed, neuro-affirming care and a passion for supporting adolescents and young adults, Nataliya offers evidence-based therapy that integrates attachment and somatic principals to support real, sustainable well-being. 

Experienced in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR). 

Nataliya is also trained and experienced in psychological assessments, that help to identify a wide range of cognitive, emotional, and developmental challenges, providing insights for targeted intervention and support:
